Why bluehour
Good design starts with understanding your everyday life.
A good outdoor kitchen should feel at home in your garden and stand up to everyday use. Preparing food should feel natural, essentials should be within reach, and cleaning up should be straightforward. These everyday needs are where bluehour design begins.
Through research with nearly 1,000 users, we have gathered insights into cooking, storage, cleaning and maintenance, and brought them into product development. Understanding what works well, and what creates unnecessary effort, gives each improvement a clear purpose.
Our engineers continually refine the materials, structure and layout to bring appearance, durability and ease of use together. From the lines and finishes you see to the doors, drawers and worktops you touch, we consider how each detail can make everyday use feel better.
Our aim is simple: an outdoor kitchen that looks good, lasts well and feels right to use, with thoughtful details that make cooking, gathering and routine care easier.

One-Touch Opening. Everyday Protection.
Classic, Pro and Luxe feature a remote-controlled electric canopy. At the touch of a button, the kitchen opens into a sheltered cooking space. Integrated lighting makes it comfortable to use from daytime preparation through to evening gatherings.
When the kitchen is not in use, the canopy closes neatly to help protect work surfaces and equipment from rain, dust and garden debris, while keeping your outdoor space looking clean and uncluttered.
Compact offers a folding design suited to smaller spaces, bringing everyday outdoor cooking into a more compact footprint.

Materials Chosen for Outdoor Life.
We use an all-aluminium structural frame, aluminium honeycomb wall panels, stainless steel cabinets and cabinet doors, and a 304 stainless steel worktop. Each material is selected for the job it needs to do, balancing structural strength, overall weight, surface finish and everyday cleaning.
The aluminium frame combines lightness with durability. Aluminium honeycomb wall panels and stainless steel cabinets and cabinet doors create a flat, clean appearance. Finishes suited to outdoor use help the kitchen complement a range of garden styles.
The 304 stainless steel worktop provides a practical surface for food preparation and cooking that is easy to care for. Its smooth surface and carefully finished edges make wiping down after a meal straightforward and routine maintenance easier.

Fully Assembled. Ready for Your Garden.
bluehour completes all assembly of the kitchen structure, selected equipment and internal components at the factory. Your kitchen is delivered as a complete unit. Once your space and service connections are prepared, the kitchen can be positioned and connected to water and power, ready for use.
Before dispatch, we check panel alignment, door gaps, drawer movement and the completeness of supplied fittings. Protective foam, corner guards and a sturdy plywood crate help protect the kitchen during transport.
By completing assembly, checks and careful packing before delivery, we make the transition from our factory to your garden simpler, so getting started feels easier.

Bring Cooking and Company Together.
The barbecue, sink, fridge, worktop and storage come together in one organised layout. With ingredients, utensils and cold drinks close at hand, preparation, cooking and serving flow naturally, with fewer trips between the house and garden.
Classic, Pro and Luxe include Bluetooth audio; Compact does not. Lighting, extraction, TVs and additional cooking or entertainment features vary by model and configuration. Compare the models.
Whether you are preparing an everyday family dinner or hosting friends at the weekend, you can tend to the food and stay part of the conversation. Cooking becomes part of the gathering.

Everyday Details, Thoughtfully Considered.
Water, electrical and gas lines are arranged along dedicated internal routes and concealed from view, keeping the exterior uncluttered. Access panels provide practical entry points for routine checks and maintenance, making internal connections easier to reach.
Hinges and drawer runners suited to outdoor use, together with soft-close operation, give doors and drawers a smooth, quiet feel. Practical storage gives everyday tools a place of their own, making them easier to reach and helping keep the worktop clear.
From opening a cabinet and taking out a utensil to checking a connection later on, these details are part of the design from the start, making your kitchen easier to use and look after.
